REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items. Some items may contain damage due to natural earth elements or mining damage, or natural flaws ( let's face it we all have them). Our products are thoroughly inspected before pricing and the price will be reflective of any damage. We do our best to show our products as they appear to you in real life.

PAYMENT POLICY

If you are paying for your live sale, feed sale, or story sale listing, payment must be completed within 24 hours. If payment is not made then you will be blocked from purchasing and reported to a community of other shops. 

SHIPPING

We are not responsible for any damage incurred by USPS or any other shipping provider. We package all items as securely as possible, with a lot of love and intention. If an item is considered to be extra fragile we do state this in our lives or our listings. We are not responsible for items lost by a shipping provider or held in customs.

PACKAGING

While we would love to have you open your boxes with the most glorious presentation possible, we believe that the most eco-friendly way to package is by reusing the material we already have. If we ever buy any packaging material it is made from recycled materials and is also recyclable.

All information provided on our items is to the best of our knowledge, any info should never be substituted for medical advice. In no event shall The Faceted Fern be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages related to any purchase. Please contact the shop directly if there are any issues with your order. We will do our best to come up with a solution together if any problem should arise. We hope to service your crystal needs for years to come.
